ZAPPING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Thank you for purchasing The Ultimate Zapper. You are about to zap with the most powerful, effective zapper in the world. The Ultimate Zapper is also The Ultimate Food Zappicator and The Ultimate Tooth Zappicator. Please read these instructions carefully before zapping. I update the online instructions regularly. You can always read the latest version of the instructions online at

2. There are 3 zapper photos and 2 diagrams at the bottom of this page. They show how to connect the wires from the white zapper box to the handholds and footpads. Try these configurations to see what works best for you.

3. The Ultimate Zapper is designed for indoor use only. No not use it outdoors. Please read the Special Note after point #29 below.

4. If you are not in Canada or the U.S.A. or another country which is on a 110/120-volt electrical system you will need a Universal AC adapter or a step-down transformer. I now sell a Universal AC adapter on the order page which replaces the transformer I used to ship. All you need to do is plug it directly into the wall.

5. If you are overseas in a country that is not on a 110/120-volt electrical system and you do not order a Universal AC adapter with your zapper it will be shipped with the normal 110/120-volt AC adapter which is designed for use in North America. In this case, you must first plug the AC adapter into a step-down transformer before plugging the transformer into the wall. The transformer converts your 220/240-volt electrical system to the 110/120 volts of the AC adapter. It should be rated for at least 100 watts.

6. In some overseas countries (including Australia, the UK and some parts of Scandinavia) the universal AC adapter plug is not the same shape as your wall plug, in which case you will need to purchase an inexpensive plug adapter at a local hardware store or electrical supply store. You simply plug the Universal AC asapter into the plug adapter which you then plug into the wall. I do not supply plug adapters because there are many different kinds of plug adapters for different countries.

7. Wrap the handholds in paper toweling or a thin cotton cloth or sleeve so that no copper is exposed. For conductivity you must wet the toweling or cotton cloth with water and squeeze out the excess moisture. The handholds should be damp but not dripping. If you want to increase the conductivity and power of the zapper you can use salt water instead of spring water or tap water, but this will probably be too strong for most people. Do not use distilled water. It does not conduct electricity because there are no minerals in distilled water. Always unplug the AC adapter after you have finished zapping.

8. I recommend you do not exercise while zapping. Exercising while zapping can create resistance to the square wave and reduce its therapeutic effectiveness. Even grasping the handholds too tightly can reduce the power of the wave that is entering the body. This effect has been measured on an oscilloscope. So, just relax and enjoy your zapping session. Place a timer, watch or clock in front of you. Remove as much metal from your body as possible, including your belt, glasses and jewelry. If you have metal implants don't worry. You will still get very good results and there will be no problems caused by the implants. Most implants are made of titanium which is the least reactive of all the metals. If you are watching TV sit at least 6 feet from the TV to avoid possible wave interference.

9. When you turn on the switch the red light will come on. Hold the black handhold in your left hand and the red handhold in your right hand. Putting the red handhold in the left hand and the black handhold in the right hand sometimes gets good results too. Some people like to switch the handholds back and forth during their zapping session. Feel free to experiment to see what works best for you. Do not tighten your grip when you hold the handholds. This will create resistance to the square wave. Do not allow the handholds to touch. You will not feel anything if this does happen and there will not be a short circuit or any problems at all. But the effectiveness of your zapping will be reduced.

10. Most people will feel nothing at all when zapping. This is quite normal because there are 2,500 micro-pulses per second which is too rapid for most people to detect. But some people are sensitive and they will feel a slight tingling or a slight pulsing sensation.

11. Although the standard zapping cycle according to Dr. Hulda Clark is 7 minutes I recommend starting with only one minute because The Ultimate Zapper is very powerful. One minute is all many people need to achieve excellent results. The standard zapping cycle according to Dr. Clark is 7 minutes on (which kills the parasites), then turn the switch off and wait for 20 minutes. Zap again for 7 minutes (which kills the bacteria released by the dead parasites) then take another 20-minute break. Zap one last time for 7 minutes (which kills the viruses released by the dead bacteria). This constitutes a full zapping cycle. Depending on your condition, your needs and your sensitivity you can zap 1, 2 or 3 cycles per day.

12. SPECIAL NOTE: The Ultimate Zapper is far more powerful than any other Dr. Hulda Clark parasite zapper. It can help the body detoxify very quickly. But detoxifying too quickly may put a heavy burden on the body's organs. I recommend going very slow. People with specific medical conditions, people on medication (please read about Electroporation Therapy on the front page of this site) and the elderly should be monitored closely by their doctor if they are zapping. A slow zapping schedule is best. It will help people follow their progress including the positive effects of zapping and their reactions. I recommend that people with specific medical conditions, people taking medication, elderly people and people who are using The Ultimate Zapper for the first time start zapping at only one minute. They may want to stay at that level for one week, zapping every day, then add one minute each successive week until they reach their maximum level of comfort which is normally between 1 minute and 10 minutes. Sensitive people may want to remain at a zapping level of only one to three minutes. This is often enough for many people to achieve excellent results.

13. You should zap at least once a day for the first 3 weeks. You may start to get results within the first few days, which is very common. You may wish to complete 1, 2 or 3 zapping cycles per day. After zapping for 3 weeks take a break for one week before resuming zapping. The purpose of this is twofold. Firstly, you need to give the body a rest from the process of detoxification. Secondly, you do not want the parasites and other pathogens to become used to the zapping wave. If they become too used to it they may become resistant to it. You want to surprise them every time you zap and having a break after 3 weeks allows for this.

14. Some people are very sensitive. They should zap for only one minute and not exceed that level. Some people like to zap for 10 minutes or more with breaks of 20 minutes. Some people even like zapping for one hour without any break. Again, experiment to find what works best for you. After all is said and done I recommend that people go slowly with detoxification. Trying to kill too many toxins at once can make you feel unwell, like you have the flu. This is the die-off effect. Please read #9 on the FAQ Page for more information about the die-off effect. If you start to feel out of sorts stop zapping for a couple of days. When you resume zapping cut back on your zapping time and then work your way up slowly. Start at one minute only. Slow and steady is always the best way to detoxify. Some people say that zapping makes them feel tired or sleepy. This is a quite normal reaction. People often zap at bedtime because they sleep better when they zap before falling asleep. If you are zapping at bedtime make sure you turn your zapper off if you are starting to fall asleep.

15. Before zapping please consult a licensed medical practitioner if you are taking any medicine or special herbal products or vitamin or mineral supplements. The Ultimate Zapper can potentiate these products via electroporation making their effects more powerful by temporarily increasing cell permeability. Electroporation opens the cell walls letting nutrients, herbs and medication enter more efficiently. Although some people may find this beneficial this may not be beneficial for all people under all conditions. This should be closely evaluated by you and your medical practitioner together. Please read about Electroporation Therapy on the front page of this site.

16. Some people have sensitive skin. If you notice any irritation or redness after zapping, or if you are experiencing any discomfort, zap for only one minute for the first few days then work up very slowly to your comfort level in one-minute increments. Also, change the body location of the handholds to minimize the chance of irritation or redness. See point #18 for some suggestions. Sensitive people should not place the zapper on sensitive parts of their body for too long. This may cause irritation, redness or itching. Many people report that The Ultimate Zapper makes them feel relaxed. They like to sleep before falling asleep because they get a better night's sleep. If you zap at bedtime do not fall asleep while attached to your zapper. Although this will not cause a problem for most people, some people with sensitive skin may get a superficial skin burn if they have contact with the handholds all night. One the contrary, some people like zapping in the morning because they say that it energizes them. As I say, everyone is different. Experiment to see what works best for you.

17. Sprinkle some water on the paper towelling or cotton cloth if they become too dry during the breaks. They should be moist at all times when zapping. You may let them dry out after you have finished zapping so that you can reuse them the next time you zap. But do not let water drip onto the box or down the wire leads into the box. Your zapper may stop functioning in this case. Some people like to sprinkle salt water on the handholds and footpads to increase the conductivity. Most people will start to feel the pulses and their skin will start to get irritated, red and itchy when they do this. So I do not recommend this for most people.

18. Instead of holding the handholds in your hands you may want to experiment with placing them on other body locations. Here are some suggestions: one handhold in each sock; one handhold in the left side of your waistband, the other handhold in the right side of your waistband; the red handhold below the navel and the black handhold on the back opposite the navel; one handhold over the liver, the other handhold over the spleen; one handhold under each arm; one handhold on the inside of each wrist for treating the blood. Some people find that switching the handholds from one hand to another every minute or two is very effective.

Placing the handholds near the area you want to treat is often more effective than holding them in your hands. One customer recently reported that he covered the ends of the handhold tubes and placed them near his sinuses and his sinus infection cleared up right away. You can try various ways of placing the handholds to see what works best for you. If you have not ordered footpads you can be hands-free with the handholds. Just wrap a couple of loose rubber bands around your wrists or ankles then insert the handholds.

Placing the handholds on the various Chakra points or energy centers of the body or placing them on acupuncture points (via the footpads, especially) can be very effective. One practitioner in Florida has been using my zapper by placing the handholds on the Chakra points on his patients and he has achieved remarkable results zapping for only 3 minutes.

19. When people use the handholds and footpads together they get even better results. Every Ultimate Zapper comes with a set of stainless steel handholds. You can order a pair of stainless steel footpads when you place your zapper order or you can order them separately after you have placed your zapper order. The footpads come with extra long copper wires and copper alligator clips on both ends. You must always cover the footpads with wet paper toweling or thin cotton cloth before zapping. If you wish to use the handholds and footpads together there are 2 altermatives.

Alternative 1. There are 2 wires coming out of the white box with clips on the ends. Clip one clip to each handhold. There are 2 long wires in the box with a clip on each end. Do the following with both wires. Clip one clip to the end of one handhold and the other clip to one footpad. Please see Diagram 1 below.

Alternative 2. There are 2 wires coming out of the white box with clips on the ends. Clip one clip to each handhold. There are 2 long wires in the box with a clip on each end. With one wire clip one clip to the end of the right handhold and the other clip to one footpad. With the other wire clip one clip to the same footpad and the other clip to the other footpad. Please see Diagram 2 below.

Hold the handholds (red for the right hand) and put your feet on the footpads (red for the right foot). To use the footpads alone put your feet on the footpads but do not hold the handholds. Remember to put moist paper toweling or cotton sleeves on the footpads before placing your feet on them.

20. If you are away from a wall plug and are using a 9-volt battery to power your zapper, recharge or replace the battery every 2 weeks. Remember to remove the battery from the battery compartment before plugging the AC adapter or a transformer into the wall.

21. Children over age 3 may use my zapper but I recommend children zap for only one minute, not 7 minutes. Adolescents may be able to increase their zapping time in one-minute increments up to their comfort level to obtain better results. I recommend that a parent stay with their child at all times during the zapping session.

22. Many people zap their pets to control their pet's parasites and to treat them for illness. There is a remarkable story on the testimonial archive on my website about a lady who zapped her 18-year-old cat with my zapper and her cat came back to life. Many people find that zapping their pets using the footpads is more convenient than zapping pets using the handholds. Just put the right front and rear paws on the right footpad and the left front and rear paws on the left footpad. Zap your pet starting at one minute. You can gradually increase this to 7 minutes over a period of several days.

23. I recommend that you zap for 3 weeks before doing your first Ultimate Liver Cleanse to kill parasites in the liver.

24. Attempting to modify The Ultimate Zapper by opening the white box invalidates the zapper's lifetime warranty. Cutting the wires or modifying them in any way also invalidates the warranty. Using the zapper with a transformer without protecting it against overheating as per point #6, above, also invalidates the warranty. If you do not purchase the transformer for your zapper from my site there are many universal adapters and transformers that will work perfectly well for The Ultimate Zapper. But please contact me in advance to make sure that the adapter or transformer you are planning to use has specifications that are compatible with The Ultimate Zapper. If you do not do so and your zapper ceases to function you invalidate the warranty. If you do not take care of The Ultimate Zapper before, during and after zapping and you allow water to enter the white box you invalidate the warranty. Any carelessness, accidents or abuse, though they may be unintended, that cause damage to the circuitry or wiring of The Ultimate Zapper invalidate the warranty. If you have invalidated the warranty for any of the above reasons you will be asked to bear the modest cost of repair and the return postage.

25. Do not zap if you are pregnant or if you are wearing a heart pacemaker. The maker of the Auto-Zap says that his zapper can be used with footpads for people who have heart pacemakers. This is because his zapper emits a weak signal. The Ultimate Zapper is very powerful and even if it were used only with the footpads it might interfere with a heart pacemaker. Do not use The Ultimate Zapper if you are using a heart pacemaker. Pregnant women should not use The Ultimate Zapper because die-off products from zapping could be passed through the placenta into the foetus. Protect your unborn child. Do not zap if you are pregnant.

26. Food Zappicator instructions. Food should be zapped for 5 minutes or more before cooking. Clean the footpads before zapping food. The footpads should be covered with damp paper toweling or a damp cloth. Place the food on a metal plate, a ceramic or plastic plate or in a plastic container. The food does not need to be covered. Separate the footpads and place the plate on the footpads so that the plate touches both footpads. Turn on The Ultimate Zapper. Your food will be zapped far more effectively than with any of the expensive food zappicators that are now available from other zapper makers.

27. Tooth Zappicator instructions. Use the Ultimate Zapper for oral hygiene. It can be used as a Tooth Zappicator, and the most effective one in the world, and it's free. Place one handhold on the outside of each cheek. Start with the upper jaw. Press the handholds lightly against the cheek with your fingertips. Zap for 4 or 5 minutes then place the handholds over the lower jaw and repeat zapping for 4 or 5 minutes. The Ultimate Zapper's powerful Super Stabilized wave goes to work instantly to kill oral bacteria, parasites and tooth infections. You can zap in this way for 3 weeks, then take a break for a week and resume. If you rinse your mouth with salt water before Tooth Zappicating you will get even better results.

28. If you wish to augment the Tooth Zappicator results by taking advantage of the electroporation effect of The Ultimate Zapper you may brush your teeth using a mild hydrogen peroxide (food grade only) and sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) mixture before zapping. Do not add salt to this solution. Brush your teeth for only one minute and rinse your mouth thoroughly. Then apply The Ultimate Zapper as a Tooth Zappicator according to the instructions, above.
