Patented zappers have been approved by the FDA for treating special medical conditions. Please read more on the Electroporation Page. The FDA has also approved Blood Electrification Therapy. But The Ultimate Zapper's technology is in the public domain. Because of this fact it cannot be licensed as a medical device in the United States for use in the cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of any disease. Due to FDA regulations it may be sold in the U.S.A. as a consumer electronic device, not as an approved medical device. Even so, you should consult your doctor before using The Ultimate Zapper. No claims, either explicit or implicit, are made on this site for The Ultimate Zapper. All statements about its effectiveness are anecdotal and unsubstantiated by scientific studies. The statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the FDA or any other regulatory body. They are only my opinions.
Although The Ultimate Zapper is not an approved medical device in the U.S.A., the zapper is approved by the European Union as a medical device. It was an approved medical device in Canada until recently when the Canadian government was pressured by the American government to withdraw that approval. The U.S. government wagged Canada's tail and Ottawa dutifully obeyed, as it always does. The crux of the matter is that the zapper is very dangerous for people working in the medical profession and the pharmaceutical industry in America. The FDA (the Food and Drug Administration), the FTC (the Federal Trade Commission), the medical profession, the ADA (the American Dental Association) and the pharmaceutical industry are scared that researchers like me may get the word out about the zapper's effectiveness and that some bottom lines may be affected. They should be scared. We are getting the word out. The word is that there are safe and effective alternatives out there that are not approved by the FDA. Some of them are reasonably priced and some have definitely helped a lot of people. The FDA is scared that people will end up spending a whole lot less money in the future on expensive "conventional medicine". They are control-crazy. Why else would they bother trying to intimidate independent researchers?
There is also the matter of potential litigation. There are credible estimates that the legal liability of the ADA, the FDA and the FTC related to dental mercury poisoning will amount to over 3 TRILLION dollars when all is said and done. That's a bit of pocket change. So, the FDA protects its friends at the ADA. They are all running scared. It's damage control time at the ADA and the FDA. They don't get much rest in Reston. I discuss the ADA more fully in The ADA Lies thru their teeth on this site.
Update: In June, 2008 the FDA agreed to settle a lawsuit concerning
dental mercury. The first shoe has dropped. Here is the link to the story:
http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=20601124&sid=
aX2cb242H12Q&refer=home
The case is: Moms Against Mercury v. Eschenbach, 07cv2332, U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
In the settlement, the FDA agreed to bring to a conclusion by July 2009 a regulatory review of mercury in fillings that began in 2002. The process could result in a requirement that prescribing information warn dentists and pregnant women of nervous system dangers to fetuses and young children with developing brains. "Gone are all of FDA's claims that no science exists that amalgam is unsafe," said Michael Bender of Vermont, a plaintiff in the lawsuit.
Getting back to disclaimer matters, the FDA knows that zappers work. If they didn't work they would not have bothered destroying Royal Rife. They only try to destroy what they perceive as a threat, obviously. They are now licensing Inovio Biomedical Corp. to commercialize FDA-approved zappers. As long as they can control things so that companies in the medical field can offer the technology at exorbitant prices to the public and the FDA can profit from the approval process, the FDA is happy. They get their percentage.
The Ultimate Zapper makes the effects of medicine, herbs and vitamin and mineral supplements more potent through electroporation. It temporarily increases cell permeability. Researchers at Inovio Biomedical Corp. know that applying electricity to cells opens their pores letting substances enter more efficiently. They are commercializing electroporation. The Ultimate Zapper has produced this powerful therapy very effectively for 11 years. Electroporation studies have been conducted proving the effectiveness of this powerful process. Read more about electroporation in #3 on the FAQ page and on the home page of this site.
The U.S. government has also awarded an array of patents for the use of Blood Electrification devices that are proven 100% effective for killing the HIV virus, but it has kept this information very quiet because the pharmaceutical industry would not be very happy to see this information publicized. It is working to protect their interests, not to promote the interests of patients with HIV/AIDS.
The bottom line is that the FDA wants to control the use of new technologies so that their friends can profit from them. The issues is not that these technologies don't work, because they do work and the government knows that. The issues are control and money.
The Ultimate Zapper is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or mitigate or prevent any disease, disorder, pain, injury, deformity, or physical or mental condition. This notice is required by the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act. The Ultimate Zapper has not been evaluated by Health Canada or by the FDA for safety or effectiveness. Government regulators say that testimonials are misleading and deceptive. I disagree. Here's why. When you visit your doctor and tell him "Doc, I've got a pain in my stomach" does he reply "That's just an anecdote so it's misleading and deceptive."? Usually not, because the first thing he asks you is "What's the problem?" And then you tell him how you're feeling. When you tell him how you're feeling that constitutes a testimonial, an anecdote. The definition of "anecdote" from Wikipedia, the online dictionary, is "An anecdote is always based on real life, an incident involving actual persons..." But the FDA only likes testimonials or anecdotes that have been bundled into "studies" that it gives its approval to so that its friends in the world of business can make money by exploiting them. Under the FDA's system, testimonials or anecdotes become magically transmuted into studies when they meet the FDA's conditions. The testimonial or anecdote which has no legitimacy by itself becomes legitimized when transmuted into the body of an FDA-approved study.
So, why does the FDA call testimonials, which are synonymous for anecdotes, misleading and deceptive? Because they don't want people listening to other people's individual stories and drawing conclusions and making decisions to purchase products and services that are not approved by the FDA. Drawing conclusions from individual stories has a risk. Some individual stories may also apply to other individuals but some may not. That does not make them misleading and deceptive. Each story has to be read as an anecdote, as the story of one individual, and it and should be examined on its own individual merits and not accepted wholesale. When the FDA accumulates a group of anecdotes and puts them together in a binder then alchemy happens. The FDA's anecdotes are then called a study and they are given the FDA's good housekeeping seal of approval. They become, voila, FDA-approved scientific medical studies and they are used commercially to sell FDA-approved drugs and FDA-approved medical devices. One thing that the FDA and the pharmaceutical companies don't tell you is that the FDA approval process is completely corrupt. It is based on conflict of interest. The people at the FDA who approve drugs and medical devices are not independent scientists and experts from academia. They are all former employees of pharmaceutical companies and the medical system. The fox is watching the chicken coop at the FDA. The FDA says it is protecting us from our own ignorance. It is actually trying to protect us from using our own brains and making our own decisions. It is actually trying to keep us ignorant and under its control so it can help its friends in the business world profit from us. It the FDA were really worried about us they would never have grandfathered mercury into the safe zone under the FDA umbrella, with the FDA's good housekeeping seal of approval. Their claim of protecting the public is clearly a lie. They have a corporate agenda where profit takes first place and the health of the public takes last place.
The FDA says that testimonials are misleading and deceptive. They say they're worried about us so they need to protect us from being mislead and deceived. What the FDA is really worried about is being able to control our medical choices so that they and their corporate friends can make more money from us. That is their real agenda. Who is protecting us from the misleading and deceptive practices of the FDA? Who is protecting us from the FDA's approval of dangerous drugs that they later recall when people die after taking them? How many vitamins, minerals, herbs and zappers have been recalled lately? How many people have died as a result of using alternative medicine? About zero is an accurate estimate. How many people have died as a result of using FDA-approved medicine? Government statistics estimate that number in the millions. Who is protecting whom? Who is misleading and deceiving whom? Who is killing whom? The government through its agencies and corporate friends has a licence to lie and a licence to kill. Money and power are their only concerns.
The FDA, along with their friends at the ADA, say it's OK to put mercury in people's mouths. But there is not one single FDA study or any other study that has ever been done showing the safety of mercury fillings. Mercury is deadly poison. Since they have no studies to establish the safety of dental mercury they rely on baseless claims. That's all they can do. They keep telling The Big Dental Lie. There is 3 trillion dollars in potential legal liability for the FDA and the ADA involved here. That's serious money and the prospect is scaring the living daylights out of the FDA and the ADA. Their solution to this problem, long ago, was to "grandfather" the safety of dental fillings into the system even through there has never been any evidence to back up this baseless claim. On the contrary. There are millions of cases of mercury poisoning hiding under the following names: Multiple Sclerosis, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, ALS, autism, and so many other disease names not related to neurolocical problems specifically. Mercury poisoning is now shown to cause cancer and heart disease. You can read about this on my site. Please see the margin on the right-hand side. No one is ever tested for mercury poisoning using a chelating agent that will draw the mercury out of the tissues so that it can be measured. The medical profession only sanctions a blood test for mercury, which solves the legal liability problem for the authorities because mercury is not in the blood. It is in the tissues. Yet the FDA blithly ignores the obvious and sanctions the use of mercury by the ADA. They are protecting the ADA. The FDA isn't worried about mercury, the most powerful metal toxin on the planet, being "placed" 2 inches from the brain of over 200 million Americans. They are worried about "misleading and deceptive" testimonials and anecdotes. The FDA is not serving the public. They are serving their friends. What else is new. They are completely corrupt. They belong in jail with the ADA. Fat chance, eh?
Until the FDA gives its approval for use on humans and animals (rumor has it they are working on it), The Ultimate Zapper can be sold in the U.S.A. as a consumer electronics product for experimental purposes, as a plant growth stimulator and as a water purifier. The zapper may not be sold for medical use on humans or animals in the U.S.A., but it's OK to zap your plants and your water.
Unfortunately, because of FDA regulations, all the information on this site should be ignored, except as it refers to personal experiments and use on plants and water. So, please take everything you read here with a grain of salt. It is all merely anecdotal and without any value whatsoever.
The zapper is an approved medical device all 27 countries of the EU (the European Union), plus Switzerland, which makes 26. See the bottom of this page for the details. Switzerland is a bit stubborn. It hasn't joined the EU yet. In the U.S.A. electroporation therapy has FDA approval. By the way, The Ultimate Zapper is the best plant growth stimulator in the world, in my opinion. You should see the plants growing like crazy around my house.
The pharmaceutical industry, the FDA, the FTC and the medical industry don't want people to recover from chronic illness. Their living depends on chronically ill people remaining sick. The chronically ill are good customers. They are the best kind of customers, repeat customers. They keep coming back, they linger until they eventually die. On the way to the next life that spend a lot of money on drugs. Especially if they linger a long time. Big Money likes that. Big Money doesn't like people deciding they don't want to buy drugs anymore. They like to control people's purchasing habits. Big Money gets mad when people step "outside the box", start thinking for themselves and stop spending money on drugs. Big Money gets even madder when they find out their former customers are spending their money on "alternatives".
Independent researchers who find inexpensive and effective alternatives to drugs are bad news for Big Money because they encourage people to think for themselves and make decisions "outside the box". The result is that people start changing their spending habits. They spend less money on Big Money's products and more money on alternatives. And that makes Big money hopping mad. It should come as no surprise that Big Money has declared war against alternative medicine. So, I have to issue a disclaimer to protect against the possibility of litigation, which I am more than happy to do even though I am beyond the jurisduction of the FDA to their chagrin, I am sure. They visit my site often but they have not yet placed any orders.
American and Canadian law requires me to disclose the following in the form of a disclaimer. This website should not be construed as medical authority or as medical advice and should not be taken as a substitute for medical attention from a licensed medical practitioner. The information herein is not meant to be given as advice, diagnosis or prescription and should not be taken as such under any circumstances. There are no medical guarantees or claims whatsoever, either explicit or implicit, being offered or even suggested in any of the information provided in this website. Always consult a licensed medical practitioner when it comes to any and all health matters and always take his advice. The doctor knows best.
The Ultimate Zapper is an experimental electronic device and is sold strictly for personal research and experimental purposes only. It is not intended for use in the cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of any disease, illness, ailment or condition of any kind whatsoever. I am a researcher. I am not a licensed medical practitioner. I am not able to diagnose illness of any kind, prescribe medicine of any kind, comment on any medical treatments being followed, or give any medical advice whatsoever. I am only able to give my personal opinions. I am required by law to explain that all the information on this website is anecdotal. I am required to tell you that I am only a layman telling my anecdotal story of recovery from Multiple Sclerosis and Crohn's disease. According to the authorities my story is worthless and without any value whatsoever. I am required to tell you that my story and comments represent my personal experience and opinions only. In spite of all the restrictions that the law places on me it does allow me to tell you that my story is completely true and that my opinions are based on my life experience and that of thousands of others I have been in contact with over the past 18 years. All of which you should ignore. As far as the authorities and Big Money are concerned the information and testimonials on my site are meaningless and without any value whatsoever. According to them the experience of individuals does not count for anything. As far as they are concerned it is not worth a pinch of coon dung.
Regarding the testimonials on my website I am required to tell you that they are merely anecdotal and that they should not be construed as making any medical claims whatsoever or giving any kind of medical advice whatsoever or giving hope to anyone who desperately needs it. In spite of all the restrictions that the law places on me regarding the testimonials on my website it does allow me to tell you that all the testimonials on the front page of my site and in the testimonial archive are completely true and authentic as reported, word for word, by the people submitting them to me, unsolicited. The only changes I make to them are punctuation, spelling and occasional editing of irrelevant information or personal information. I also delete the family names of those submitting these unsolicited testimonials in order to protect their privacy and anonymity. According to the authorities and Big Money testimonials are often undocumented and they are certainly not a substitute for scientific proof. So, they are completely worthless. So, don't even bother reading them. You're wasting your time, according to the authorities. Besides, you might find something interesting in them that relates to your situation and then Big Money won't be happy because you might start thinking for yourself. If you do end up reading the testimonials do yourself a favor and let them go in one ear and right out the other. By far the best thing is not to even bother reading them.
According to the authorities, neither the testimonials nor any other information on my website should be construed as giving hope to people who think that there is no hope for them because of the attitude of the medical profession, and their medical practitioners, who classify their diseases as "incurable", and who do the bidding of Big Money, the FDA and the pharmaceutical industry, which profits from their diseases. Neither the testimonials nor any other information on my website is meant to give people hope nor is it meant to give people medical advice or influence people to change their way of thinking or their approach, to ignore the medical help they are getting or to change their spending habits. We don't want to have people thinking for themselves. Neither the testimonials nor any other information on this website are meant to encourage people to change their spending habits, their medication or, God forbid, go off their medication. That would make the pharmaceutical industry very unhappy indeed. We don't want to have that happen. If people recovered their health they wouldn't need to see the doctor anymore and they wouldn't need any drugs. Just like me. So, my website is not meant to give anyone any hope whatsoever that they may be able to recover from MS or Crohn's disease or any other disease, incurable or otherwise. After all, how can you recover from an incurable disease (like I did)? We all know that's impossible and, if you did, that would be very displeasing to the authorities, the FDA the medical system and Big Money, the pharmaceutical industry, because you wouldn't need their products and services anymore, like me.
The law requires me to state that the information on this website is not intended to replace professional medical advice or treatment at any time, or to replace any medication whatsoever. And the law requires me to state that the information on this website is not meant to influence people in any way to purchase any product whatsoever, to alter their purchasing habits in any way or to alter in any way whatsoever their visits to their medical practitioners or to alter the medication plan they are following on the advise of their medical practitioners. If people did any of the above the medical profession, the FDA and Big Money, the pharmaceutical companies, would not be happy at all and then they would put pressure on the government, and then who knows what might happen. Our primary objective should be to keep them happy. So, please, seek the medical advice of a qualified and licensed medical practitioner regarding all health concerns, all medication and any and all treatment choices you make. And, whatever you do, don't rock the boat. And, most importantly, please don't tell anybody you've been visiting this website. You could get us all into a lot of trouble.
The information on this website is not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any medical ailment, condition or disease. I never use the word "cure" on my website. Not only is it against the law for me to do so but I feel that this is not prudent and it might mislead people into thinking that I am offering a cure for Multiple Sclerosis of Crohn's disease. I am not. The word "cure" implies that 100% of the people using the "cure", or a very substantial number of people using the "cure", will be cured. It would be irresponsible and grossly misleading for me to encourage people to believe that there is a formula guaranteeing 100% recovery from MS and/or Crohn's disease, or any other chronic disease, or any other condition, ailment, illness or complaint. There is not. In my opinion, only a small percentage of people who choose to follow the path I have taken which is described on my website may be fortunate enough to recover, to one degree or another, from Multiple Sclerosis, Crohn's disease or other diseases, chronic or otherwise, or from various illnesses, conditions, ailments or complaints for a variety of reasons.
A small chance of recovery is very meaningful if you're in that small recovery group, but is not meaningful to the medical profession, the FDA or Big Money. I recovered from Multiple Sclerosis and Crohn's disease, 2 "incurable diseases", after struggling alone for nearly 7 years to find answers. I abandoned the medical profession because they were not only incapable of helping me recover, they were even incapable of giving me the least bit of hope for the future. "Incurable" was the only word they had for me and that word shrouded my brain like a death sentence. My case was hopeless, according to them. But I never accepted their verdict. I never believe authority blindly. Never. I recovered my health without the help of those well-funded medical experts "inside the box". The only people who helped me were a biological dentist and a courageous chelation doctor who worked "outside the box". I did something that the medical profession with all those billions behind them, with all that research in front of them and with all those drugs beside them were not able to do for me, or anyone else. I found a way to recover from Multiple Sclerosis and Crohn's disease. This fact should be ignored by everyone. It is meaningless, according to the authorities.
I haven't seen a neurologist since 1990. The MS industry would be out of business if others replicated my recovery. What a scary thought for them, that one person with virtually no financial resources can recover from 2 "incurable diseases" and can make a difference to others. I have been giving people a message of realistic hope for over 12 years and many people have benefited from that message. This is more than the medical system can claim with all their billions and their abominable message of "incurable - no hope". What a truly horrible medical system we have. They make their living from trying to plant the notion of "incurable - no hope"" into people's heads, whether it is true or not, while smiling all the way to the bank. This self-serving medical system works for its own benefit, not for the benefit of the people with chronic illness whom they pretend to be helping. The proof is that they haven't helped a single solitary person recovery from MS or Crohn's disease. I would be long dead if I had listened to them. One person out there in the wilderness can make a difference. You have to be a very strong person to recover from any "incurable" disease. I am a strong person. The medical system delivered their message of "incurable - no hope" to the wrong person when they delivered it to me. My reward is being able to help others recover their health, or even part of their health, so that they can have a better quality of life. According to the medical system everything I say has absolutely no value. These are only my opinions. So please ignore the above.
By the admission of the medical profession my recovery and the recovery of others "outside the box" represents a far higher percentage than the recovery statistics from "inside the box" that the medical profession has ever reported for Multiple Sclerosis or Crohn's disease. I and others have recovered by doing our own research, which has no value whatsoever, with the most meager of funds, not the billions of dollars siphoned to the bottom line by the medical profession and the pharmaceutical industry aided by the FDA and the FTC, some of which is generated by the annual walk-and-run-and-bike nonsense organized by the MS Societies "searching for the cure"which always remains just out of reach so you have to walk and run and bike some more next year, and dig deep. All of these efforts of the MS Society are in collusion with the medical system and Big Money. Please read my speech to the MS Society on this site. I tore them apart. With all they have in the bank they have consistently produced a success rate of zero percent, year after year. That's abysmal. All those billions spent on research, all those billions spent by patients on office visits and drugs, with nothing to show on the patient side, but certainly very large profits to show for it on the corporate side. That's the name of the game. When the powers that be learn that someone has actually recovered from these "incurable" diseases what do they do? Do they eagerly investigate to see what they might learn? No, they ignore the individual and go on the "alternative" attack. Such compassionate people. But sociopaths are not known for their compassion, now are they?.
All those billions of dollars are in the bank accounts of corporations and individuals that will go unnamed. On the patient side, with a zero return on your money, that has to be the worst investment you could possibly make. You can't get any worse than zero. Who bets on a horse that runs last in every race? The problem is if you find answers "outside the box" and stop visiting the doctor and stop taking the drugs, the medical profession, the FDA, and Big Money, the pharmaceutical industry, will get really mad, believe me. And then the authorities might be forced to step in to keep you and me and other like-minded people in line. So keep going to your doctor, smile, take the prescriptions, and keep everybody happy. Personally I haven't been to a doctor or had a prescription filled in over 12 years so I don't have to listen to them complaining that they haven't seen me in a while, and that they miss me. In 1990 I figured it was foolish to bet on a loser. The medical establishment is a loser for people with chronic illness. So I turned my eyes in a different direction.
The medical profession makes one categorical medical claim: that there is no cure for these diseases. This is very good for their bottom line. It guarantees return customers, if you believe them. But we should never be so cynical as to think that their attitude has anything whatsoever to do with monetary gain. I'm sure this is merely coincidental. We should never ascribe selfish or pecuniary motives to the medical profession and the pharmaceutical industry. This would be most unkind and we should always try to be as kind to them as they are to us.
Although The Ultimate Zapper has not specifically been licensed as a medical device
in North America, on August 31, 2001 the Canadian Health Protection Branch (HPB)
of the Health Canada Department of the Government of Canada issued a Class II Medical
Device License for the Hulda Clark Zapper. It can be purchased without a doctor's
prescription for post-operative bacterial infection. And the zapper can participate
in clinical trials and other medical research. The Hulda Clark Zapper has also been
licensed as a Class IIa Medical Device in Europe. This applies to all the countries
that are part of the European Union (EU), including Switzerland, which is not part
of the European Union, which has adopted the European Union guidelines. The Zapper
is approved in Europe for use with chronic infections with parasites, bacteria and
fungus. Electroporation therapy is FDA-approved. Please read the home page of this
site and #3 on the FAQ page for more information.
I have not attempted to get official approval for The Ultimate Zapper because of
the financial cost involved. So, it has not been specifically approved as a medical
device. I am required by law to state that absolutely no claims of any kind are
made or implied as to the suitability of this device for any purpose whatsoever
and no medical guarantees or claims are made or implied for it whatsoever. The maker
takes no responsibility for any effects, positive or negative, resulting from the
use of this device. This equipment configuration has not been approved for human
use by any licensing body. The device should not be used by those wearing a heart
pacemaker or by women who are pregnant or who are becoming pregnant and it should
not be used by women who are breast feeding.
Regulators in the Medical Device department of Health Canada have indicated that zappers can be sold as consumer products. God Bless Them. My Fellow Canadians, The New Improved Ulitmate Zapper is being shipped to you with the understanding that they are for well being or relaxation, or for plant growth stimulation.
The New Improved Ultimate Zapper has not been evaluated by Health Canada or the FDA for safety or effectiveness. But they both say it's OK to have "silver amalgam" fillings which contain 50% mercury "placed" 2 inches from your brain. Governments are really strange sometimes, aren't they?
Government regulators say that zapper testimonials are misleading and deceptive. But they don't say the same thing about their own statements about the safety of dental mercury, which I find a bit odd seeing as mercury is the most powerful neurotoxin (brain poison) on the planet. Never mind.
Anyway, please understand that zapperss are not intended to, nor are they allowed to, cure or treat any specific disease. Yes, zappers are not allowed to cure any disease. So if they were to cure any disease, whoever got cured may feel better but Health Canada will be very unhappy about it and they may have to take some kind of legal action to make sure word doesn't get around and maybe they'll have to reverse the cure so that everybody knows they mean business.
So, please don't tell anybody if you start to feel better after zapping. You could get us all into a heck of a lot of trouble. In any case, I never use the word cure on my site. Governments hate the word cure, except if drug companies use it, and any zapper maker who uses that word is really looking for trouble. So let's just stick to relaxation devices and plant growth stimulators to keep the FDA and Health Canada happy. In any case, government regulators state you must consult a medical doctor for the treatment of all diseases.
Before zapping please consult a licensed medical practitioner if you are taking any medicine, herbal products or supplements. To ensure the safe use of supplements and other health-related products, please let your medical practitioner know if you are using my zapper. The Ultimate Zapper can potentiate these products via electroporation making their effects more powerful by temporarily increasing cell permeability. It opens the cells letting nutrients, herbs and medication enter more efficiently. Although some people may find this beneficial this may not be beneficial for all people under all conditions. This should be closely evaluated by you and your medical practitioner. You can read more about electroporation on the front page of this site and in #3 on the FAQ page.
